Meet Karen

     Born and raised locally, Karen has always had a passion for helping others and a love for the beauty and potential of homes.  As a loving wife to Shawn and mother of two school-aged daughters, Aurora and Avianna, Karen brings a personal touch to every transaction. Her background as a former nurse has taught her how to build trust and establish strong connections with her clients, always listening carefully to their needs and working tirelessly to exceed their expectations.

     Karen's passion for real estate is fueled by her deep understanding and respect for the personal and financial value it can provide. With extensive experience as a licensed Realtor®, investor, flipper, property manager, and landlord, Karen and her husband currently own and manage over 100 rental units and lots. Her vast experience allows her to establish a deep level of trust and understanding with her clients, guiding them towards the best possible outcome.

     When not working in real estate, Karen loves to travel and explore new places, often indulging her fondness for luxury travel and Disney. She is also happy to find joy in camping, or as she refers to it, "glamping." Adventuring with her husband and kids is one of her favorite pastimes. In her remaining free time, Karen enjoys party planning, crafting, boating, and paddle boarding. Her family, including their adored Dalmador (Dalmatian/Lab) named Buddy, is at the center of her world. Alongside her dedication to her clients, Karen is also deeply committed to her community, actively participating in local youth organizations and running several neighborhood groups.
